How It Works |
String wound filter cartridges feature a gradient density construction where the winding pattern results in tighter filtration at the core and looser filtration on the outside. This design captures larger particles at the outer layers while finer particles are filtered out as the liquid progresses through the cartridge. This gradient density increases the filter’s dirt-holding capacity and extends its service life |
